Could not figure out a way to coat the frame and then get it into the oven. Decided to try coating in oven and then put the burners back in and cook it.
Oven sealed up and cooking started. Coating requires 340 degrees F metal temperature for 10 minutes. It took an 90 minutes to get to that temperature. For comparison a fuel tank was done in 25 minutes.
I knew there were going to be areas that were not reached by spraying in the ovens restricted space. Coated and dusted off the overspray areas. (try that with paint) Some aluminum foil to keep already coated areas from getting overcooked. Hung a single burner about 2 inches off and cooked. Took about 30 minutes for each axle end.
Of course in the removing of the frame to inspect I realized a way to coat the frame and then insert it. Fasten and hang front. Leave rear sitting on stool as in below picture. Coat the inner side and hard to maneuver areas and then swing in and hang the axle end. Then do the rest of the frame. The pipe section laying on the frame goes through the axle holes is used to hang the frame and is a perfect handle to use that avoids any contact with coated areas.
