First I was going to use a 2007 donor, then a 1997, and finally the engine is from 2001 Sportster. Full inspection of internals. Replaced clutch and pressure plate. NRHS pistons and jugs to pep it up a bit. Slight work on intake and exhaust. Powder coating used on many surfaces. Starter pulled and sand blasted to a rough surface bare metal and rebuilt. New gaskets and seals sides and top end. New pulley to clear wide tire installed.
